_paralyzed_
Weak sauce AudioFanaticz. You clearly don't know anything about building boxes or walls. 4 layers? Ballers have like 12.

juan777
Well I have already upgraded my suspension and am working on my braking. As far as comfort, I have a Tahoe, and will be walling a couple inches behind the b pillar so I don't have to give up leg room. I'm a Network Admin and 80% of the time I stay home so I don't have to drive that much. If it does get to be a hassle I am buying a truck to do a blow-through build! SWIFT
I wouldnt do a true exact b-Pillar wall a daily either. Not having room or sitting straight up is the worst part. I probably would only daily wall a HD diesel truck after knowing how much weight you add. I get about the same fuel mileage and the suspension is setup where my truck drives like stock. Weighs about 9k lbs too. My wall is 12in behind the b-Pillar and seats lean back plenty far. But I'm also in a Super Duty with a large cabin. If I wall anything else it will only be setup for comps and taking it to shows, etc. My build added roughly 1800-2000lbs with my truck. Make sure you have some E-load rated tires. In a emergency situation you dont want to blow a tire trying to avoid something. 2012 F250 Lariat 6.7, lifted on 22's and 35's 4 DSS Ethos 18's walled tuned low 2 Ampere Audio 7500.1's, Ampere 125.4 Rockford Pro Audio front stage 9 batteries, Mechman Elite 370 alt Team DSS, Team Ampere Audio 2014 Meca Mod 3 TN State champ / 3rd place Mod 3 World Finals
Mr Bigolsworth
I'm no wall expert, but... Most people just build a big ass box with trim panels. And that's fine. It's a wall. meh... thats a box in your back seat with trim panels. Nothing structurally strong like a wall imo. But ive been always told I dont know how to build boxes let alone a wall. So heres what Im working with. Over 20 sheets of mdf. 4 layers thick all the way around, multiple layers 6.75inches thick on the back. Ehh its a start I guess. so many trees were harmed in the making of that wall. If we go under nuclear attack I'm hiding in your box. 2002 chevy avalanche Currently have: 2 dc xl 18 set of T2652-s scv-6k Ct sounds 75.4 270a mechman xp3000 d3400 Wanted: saz 200.4 Second set of T2652-s D3100's deadner
