Ahmed Johnson
i have never experienced that as an employee or a customer. Never go back to a place willing to do that. Lol, I've seen it done and agree with you. I don't eat fast food unless it's late at night and I'm slapped. Even then, I don't care if they put relish on a chicken sandwich. At that point I'm trying to get the world to stop spinning. Edited October 6, 2014 by Ahmed Johnson
Syphlyn
So OP...the proper way to handle stuff like this...like an adult.. Is contact the company. Say hey my shits not right...the company says ok..fixes your shit and we see a thread on how great their CS or bad their CS was. But its ok..we all just saw firsthand that even when people don't go about stuff correctly, sundown will take the extra step to please their customers and fix their mistake. Just letting you know I didn't go "My surround is pealing off, better go complain on the SMD forums". First thing I did was call Sundown and SSA, when I realized they were closed for the weekend I posted on here and Jacob replied and got the process going. I completed my RMA form Friday afternoon and got my RMA # first thing this morning & also had a good conversation with Bryan regarding my situation as I live in Canada. Everything's taken care of. Glad I chose Sundown. Phaeton
why dont you just take photographs of the problem, contact sundown and ask if you tryed ti fix it, would it void warranty? A: NOPE. okay then, attempt to fix. if you fail, then its no biggie, send it to sundown or get a recone. nothing lost. B YEAH. okay then, find out shipping and the cost of fixing and decide if its worth sending away. If not, option A But thats just me. Krakin
Then say you asked for no mayo and show the burger to them, but keep it so you get two burgers. 1 Quote Krakin's Home Dipole Project http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/186153-krakins-dipole-project-new-reciever-in-rockford-science/#entry2772370 Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?
