MrSkippyJ
i refuse to believe someone like you doesn't see the difference in quality tools vs shit tools. and for what it's worth, it didn't seem like a joke to me either. I just thought you were being a jackass and telling him he didn't know how to use tools. Pioneerchuck
When shopping at Harbor Freight you really have to know what you can and cant buy from them. Hand tools like screw drivers, wrenches, hammers, etc, hell for $1 or 2 they work great. If you're going to be buying power tools then yeah most times you'd wanna buy a quality tool. All depends on what you're buying.
MrBigs63'
I have a few things from harbor freight that have stood the test of time pretty damn good. Back when they sold the Honda clone motors for $300 those things were the shit and they were a steal! There uni bits are worth every bit of 9 dollars. I have a pneumatic stapler that lasted for 3 years until a seal blew. It was only like $17 bucks. Then when it blew I just bought another. Then a lot of stuff they have that isn't really mechanical is pretty good. I use movers blankets to protect boxes and other stuff all the time. I will buy those all day at $3 a pop. dangaranga
I refuse to buy anything electrical from them (except the little $3 DMM's) after seeing my buddy use an angle grinder once and about 5 min in decided to blow a 3 foot flame out and scare the shit out of us in his garage. But, I will definitely buy stuff like their black impact socket sets when they are on sale because they work well the once in a blue moon that i need them. Also i will buy their bulk electric tape or screwdrivers since they are perfect for when people need to "borrow" them and they happen to walk off, it's no skin off my back Brandon 2000 Furd Ranger supercab 4x4 System: welding wire throughout the truck USalts 390amp Hairpin Juicebox in stock location 8 Banks of maxwell supercaps 2 American Bass Vfl 1100.1 wired to .35 each 2 Fi Audio Sp4 18's ( the DD sc 9918's smoked) Pioneer radio with Soundstream PA mids Powered by a nice sized soundstream 2 channel It's pronounced (dain-ja rain-ja) 2001 2 door focus 1 DD9918 SC
