I would go to partsexpress and build a custom 3 way seat. They have some midrange and tweeters that could take that wattage. Keep in mind if you go this route they will most likely 8 ohms so you will effectively cut the amp wattage in half. Your also going to lose some power through the crossovers. This means you could run lower power comps. More safely. With the budget provided I would go morel. The midbass I would use is a 9" but they have smaller ones...
