One thing I miss though is an english commentary video on the setup, where you point to the "cool" solutions, mishaps, and unique things about the work. I know there are plenty.

I can write english but speaking - that's different story. Pronouncing is too hard for me. Almost as hard as mandatory swedish - "Jag heter Joni, vad heter du?"

Punto weights 1460kg, 1220kg before new subwoofer box

Had problems with passenger door. There was 20cm/8" crack and couple smaller ones. Had to weld reinforcements

Still intact after first tests

I bought some used Winston 90ah lithium cells.

Here's a comparison vid with agm-batteries. Cells were out of balance in the vid, much better now.

Here's a vid after balancing:

Had 5x Optima 75ah & NSB Red 100ft before, now 3x Optima 75Ah & 3x Winston 90Ah.
About 0,4v less voltage drop and weights less than half compared to agms

Yes, 24x Winston 90Ah 3,2V cells = 540Ah 12v. More Ah than before (475Ah) and less than half of weight, 75kg vs 166kg

I'll try to fit all those amps to roof, there should be enough space

Hatch has seen better days

Glass is loose from below and hatch is cracked badly, some welding is required :devil:

Then this happened

Had to test spl without rear window, almost 150db to windshield

Couple meters of flat steel bar and few pieces of steel pipe to reinforce the hatch, one day of welding

Next I glued the window:

Still there, at least a week after

Lithium to engine bay also. Short out protection is missing from the pic. There will be 24x 3,2v 90ah Winston cells in summer

All amplifiers will be DD Audio before summer, this SS4a will be for midranges and highs

Jeez I like the changes, reinforced welded hatch! 150 db with no rear window?!?! damn man..... ALL DD amps... Lithium underhood...always enjoy following your build
