OK well I'm not going to get into your personal finances that's your business but I'd recommend you look at nice used cars. You should be able to find what your looking for in your price range with Less than 20k miles on it.

cars depreciate instantly so instead of leasing if you don't want the $500 payment let the first owner eat the depreciation and own the vehicle instead of throwing away money on a lease.

If you buy a certified used car you will still have the same warranty and be able to get similar interest rates as a brand new car.

when i called around dealerships said a CPO does not comr with a warranty. They are just checked more thoroughly

i have seen plenty of used cars with warranties. You might have to skip the local used car shops though and stick with the major dealers.

Yep exactly stick to big dealers they usually keep all the nice used cars for themselves and send the no so nice ones to auction which is how the little lots end up with them.

Also do your research big time before you even walk in a sit down with them, they like to play games with the numbers but if you got your shit together and know what's going on they won't be able to pull a fast one on you.

And remember all prices are negotiable.

Another good thing is to get pre approved at your local bank. That way you know how much you can spend, what your payments will be ahead of time and avoid their bullshit financing.
