Nautiluz
Started building in a friends car, he has for several years brought a nice mix of the best equipment I have tested in my cars. So this will be a SQ/SPL build. What we are using are: Pioneer DEH-P80RS Helix DSP Alpine F1 Status MRV-F900 Kicker WarHorse 10000.1 Ground Zero Plutonium 15QX 4pcs Optima 75amp 50amp Powermaster charger. Started with welding a steel frame 20x50mm into the cars chassi. Steel frame welded. Upper part must be detachable, so I weld 4 nut in the lower part. Frame for the upper part. Upper part is angle 15 degrees before welded. 3rd part and top part of the frame Charger mounted and all parts are painted black. Enclosure is made by CNC router.. Front baffle is made by 2pcs of 19mm MDF CNC routed rings for 2pcs of 6" aeroports. Enclosure is reinforced in the top an bottom with a 6mm steel plate..
