David Hoang Posted January 8, 2015 Report Posted January 8, 2015 What is the best sub to pair with a Focal 1.800 Amp? I currently have JL 12W6v2 but I'm looking for something to replace that. I've been looking around and can't decide on what sub to pick. I'm currently looking at the Rockford Fosgate P3D4-12. Something that I could use with my current enclosure. It's a sealed enclosure with 1.25 cu ft.

Lots of info you can find yourself on Youtube, Google, and even vehicles here on the forum. I wasn't to sure if the sub would perform the same after having it re-coned. So I was kind of skeptical. It say's that sub is rated at 1500 RMS. Wouldn't I be under-powering the sub with my amp?
