Deeznutz
It's not really to scale but you get the idea of the bracket. Every car is different but this will work in my case. I may have Jason at Applied Engineering make me aluminum brackets with the slots in place. Whatever you do, do not mount the tab to the horn and than try to mount them like I did, you may run into problems because now everything is "fixed" in place with out any way to further align the horns! kingsuv
Last time I messed with horns, I didn't know shit about fabrication, and even less about tuning....... makes me wanna grab another set. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

Deeznutz
Here are some pics taken now with the S6. Love this phone. Anyway, this is as close to perfect as I can get it. Now to mount the driver to see if I have to lower it 1/2" or so. Thus the slots would come in handy since I can easily just slide it down as needed. The pass. side still needs alittle tweaking. This is the pass. side. See how the horn has to come out to match the driver's side. I had to drill 2 new holes to clear the plastic piece that the horn was hitting with the original holes. Grrrrr. This is the driver's side. The inner part of the horn butts up to the edge of the dash and the outer part of the horn is away due to the bowing of the dash bottom. -Frank

Deeznutz
Yup. Wood trim with black cloth speaker material from the dash to the bottom of the horn . Than spray Image Dynamics on the cloth after Sign R makes me the reverse image in vinyl sorta like a silk screen. -Frank
