Screw holes and countersinks etc. That must have taken some serious time. Looks nice and neat and clean. My only question is, is there any reason you didn't just rip a piece and do it in one instead of a bunch of them? Just curious. Are they glued and screwed, sorry if i missed that, and are you going to fiberglass it to strengthen it? Otherwise, I like what I see, I'm looking forward to more. db_speakerbox Posted February 24, 2015 Report Posted February 24, 2015 Great find on the truck! A lot more progress already than I thought there would be. How long have you been working on this? As far as the port goes, I usually try to stay away from top ports when I can. I prefer driver side or center port. Also I try to keep a closer ratio than what you have. Not saying skinny ports dont work, just have had better success keeping it closer to a 6:1 or less.
