crescendo 800/4 problems

have a couple problems with my crescendo 800/4. been battling it for a few months now and can not for the life of me figure these problems out.

1st problem: got some pretty bad backfeed thru my speakers. im running active and headunit is a deh80prs. the noise is constant. does not go higher or lower when i push/let off the gas pedal. i have switched both grounding location and rca's and neither helped. there are a couple points where the speaker wire for the right door crosses the power wire, but it doesnt really run next to it. and the noise is coming thru both doors, not just one.

2nd problem: this is the most annoying problem. when im at full tilt and i get the woofers going, the amp will cut in and out. sometimes it will do it REALLY bad, other times it will cut out every once in a while. went and seen a guy who really knows what he is doing and look at it, we checked the voltage of both the power/ remote wire going to the amp while it was cutting in and out and he said they were both fine. aslo, idk if this may have something to do with it, but on channels 3 and 4, they 2 yellow lights come on, i dont know what they mean, idk if they are protection lights or clipping indicators or what. and it wouldnt make sense for those channels to be clipping, i set everything with a dd-1, and have turned everything back a little bit from that point.

had a guy suggest doing a relay turn on for the amps, i have the remote wire running from the headunit to the 4 channel, then branching off from the terminal to my 3.5k. i dont see this being a problem, but i guess its always a possibility so im not throwing it out.

if anyone has ideas on what i can check/do please let me know. im out of ideas.

The 800/4 is not a very clean sounding amp . I own 2 of them not a big fan of the background noise. Changed to Ampere and no background noise what so ever. Crystal clean background .

no kidding???? ive been wandering if it could possibly be the amp. ive talked to a couple people and read a couple things about people having problems with them. it honestly doesnt seem like to solid of an amp to me. dont give me wrong, i will never throw out the idea of something possibly being wrong with my install.....but this aint the first time ive ran multiple amplifiers, i know all my connections are solid. ive been trying to find someone that i could just swap a 4 channel out with real quick and see what happens. but havent found anybody so idk how to tell if its really the amp or not.

I just installed the 800/4 couple months ago zero issue.sounded fine no noise.

You may try to ground rca to back of deck to get rid of that noise.

Have you ever swapped the rca's while the head unit was on?

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

Consider there may be a bad channel from the head unit causing clipping and putting amp into protect. Has the system been DD_1'd to make sure signal is clean?

Attach copper wire loop around rca cable outer housing ..find correct screw size to attach ring to any screw hole on back of deck.

On your 3.5 what are you wired at? How's your electrical..maybe amp has internal issues.. Lot of vibrating shakes parts loose.
