what about having SOTM voted on by Meade/Mods and prior winners? That may be a way to weed out some issues. Not sure post count by itself would be the silver bullet, its a good suggestion though.

Or have a blind ballot type deal, same judges as above. Have people submit a build and then have a group of 3-5 judges go through them for which one is the best that month based on xyz criteria.
