Joe X
For your sub use the thickest gauge the terminal can comfortably fit and you won't be needing any other bracing, it's more than enough what the figure shows.
sTp
Hi Joe sorry to be a pain but there is a chance that i can make the box slightly bigger in length. The dimensions H = 37cm L = 88 cm D = 44cm so it would be longer by 8cm is it possible to get another design to this spec so i could see the benefits and also is it better to go for the bigger box, Thanks sTp. Joe X
So here is a second suggestion, power: to sub rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 7.8 cm, figure is just an assembly guide:

Also where it says amp subsonic filter to 28hz is that what i set it to on the amp? Thanks sTp.

Joe X
Sorry, updated for a wood thickness of 18mm which you should have available if metric units are used in your country.
sTp
that's perfect my dad was adding the measurements from the previous drawings and things were not adding up but looks clear now. also the vb is 3.1ft^3 does that measurement take into consideration of the sub and bracing volume? or do i need to add that. Thanks again sTp.
