hoit
Forgive me if this has been talked about before, as I couldn't find any other threads about these. Looking in to using 1/0 ferrules on my wire ends. They will be crimped hydraulic. The wires that go directly in to the fuse boxes and directly in to the amp inputs. Anyone else do this? Pros? Cons? http://www.ebay.com/itm/261644858209?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.12649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT 2007 Chevy Aveo Ls sedan 2 Sundown Xv2 on scv4k @ .5 ohm 2 pair RE XXX 6.5 components on sax200.4 @ 2 ohm Big Three, Three runs 1/0 power from front to back, 1 ground front to back Two runs ground from rear bank to chassis XS power d3100 upfront, 3 Odyssey 2150s in bank Singer 220 amp alt

hoit
They look like they would do a great job, and make everything look nice and neat. I'm just cautious on fitting. I use Knu wire, so it should fit. Then crimp, and done. Maybe even some heat shrink wrap just flush with it to look nice. Anyone have any other online places to purchase them...copper would be sick...just don't know pricing. 2007 Chevy Aveo Ls sedan 2 Sundown Xv2 on scv4k @ .5 ohm 2 pair RE XXX 6.5 components on sax200.4 @ 2 ohm Big Three, Three runs 1/0 power from front to back, 1 ground front to back Two runs ground from rear bank to chassis XS power d3100 upfront, 3 Odyssey 2150s in bank Singer 220 amp alt
will77530
we just started using them and they are fanfuckingtastic work with sky high wire and dc amps well the ones we ordered do. dont need to get an input from tool maker or sky high and it contains all strands and gives you tons of contact inside the amp terminal

scooter99
If you want copper, check the electrical isle at Home Depot or Lowes. I don't think you'll get them in anything larger than 8ga though. Might be able to jam 4ga in there, but I haven't tried. I used the larger ones to fit two 8ga SHCA cables in for my subs and they fit just fine. SO maybe 4ga would go. But they're stout and copper. I was thinking of doing this for my next build as well. Just because of that picture Will just posted. Very clean, very tidy and easy to install into the amp without the worry of stray strands. will77530
no crimp at all, once it goes into the amp and gets tightened down it locks everything in place and takes the shape of the input =)
