Loading the subs in because its time to see what this will burp!!! Keep in mind this is the burp port. I will be doing a slide in port for the low lows hehehe

So because I like to burp my stuff untested just to see what I get out of the gate I did my first burp at .25ohm and got this...

Keep in mind the box has had no adjustments what so ever! So I put a round over on the back side of the port to see what I could gain and it was pretty crazy what it did!

Then round overs on the front of the port and....

So that was the first night of testing and I'm beyond amazed for only 3.5K

Now the 4th layer with holes!

Next thing to do was to plot out the bracing, using (2) 3/4" rods to bolt the front to the rear, in the rear you will not see the nuts or rod. The rest of the bracing I plan to do will consist of angle iron in the corners of the the baffle and also the port if I tune the burp port lower will stack right behind the right side of the port as you see above.

U just cut the excess piece of rod with a saw?

Nice score for 3.5k and 2 18s. Now daily port and see what she does down low

Worked on that today... not happy with my first attempt. Got 54 out of it at 42hz and 53.3 at 35hz. Then it falls off. Doesn't do music that well yet either, more work ahead of me.
