meade916 Posted December 3, 2015 Author Report Posted December 3, 2015 I noticed the bezel and the circuit board clearance wasn't quite perfect and I was just going to modify either the bezel or the board what do you mean clearance? It is supposed to sit above it. You just need to put a little drop of glue or something to keep the lens from moving, sort of like they are in the stock single bezel. It's the green board that doesn't make it down into the housing. Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

But, I wish you hadn't said anything about the 1/16", LOL don't think I would have noticed. Im sitting here looking at it, and even measured, and its there. Who blew the whistle LOL? see how i could miss it? It's not easy to see until someone tells you then it's like there it is! Anyhow, nobody blew the whistle, he just emailed me and mentioned it. I was like "oh hell no" (to myself) but i looked at my drawing and right away i could see the pixels on the lines were moved over. I was like DAMMIT. So i got right to work and fixed it. On top of that, i broke my last 1/8" bit so i had to use a 3/16" bit which threw the drawing and fitment off again. Took me a few to adjust it for the SLIGHTLY larger bit. man i tell ya i have so much work in these little boogers. BUT i have the finalized drawings and i don't think i have to mess with them much other than some custom jobs i am working on. 1 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! I made it a tight fit like that on purpose because you really don't have to use those screws with it pressed in so tight like that. 1 Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel!
