SLYentist
I have a trade proposed. I'm trying to grab this used AB 750.1 that for sale or trade. I offered the dude my AB 500.1 (with a few cosmetic blemishes), a used Crescendo 1100.4, and $200. Does this sound reasonable to you folks? Or am i getting ripped off for a hundred or more dollars. Thanks. Cables and wires almost never fail; the terminations do.
bcbrassard
2 amps for one is where i would have stopped. You must really want it bad to throw in another $200.
mcfalcon
Yeah I'd say that's too much on your end. Me personally I'd do 1 or the other + the 500.1 but not both. Still learning but have started gathering.

SLYentist
thanks for the input. i was unsure to begin with, and he's not down with just the two amps, so i'm bailing on the idea. i might as well just buy another 500.1 and strap up. RainStryke
Really depends on how much you paid for it and really how good of condition your amp is in, as well as how old yours is and how old the 750.1 is. If that 750.1 is in good condition and barely used, I'd consider that trade if yours has some years on it. I would try to talk down that $200, like $50 off... I don't know much about the caps they use... but I would assume they use quality caps that have about a 10 year life to them. So I would consider that... OrionStang
If he wants more than the 2 amps, he ain't worth dealing with anyway. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
