Sounds like BS to me, and if it were so damn good then why has no one done anything like it until now?

EDIT: Hexibase Seems like he is trying really hard to push this product. To be quite honest there are very few amplifiers on the market made today i would even think about touching and that is not one of them.

Pioneer AVH-X491BHS

PPI PC 4800.2

Morel Maximo 6.5" x2

they probably masking it by it not gaining the signal after it reaches it maximum.. just like what fosgate is doing with the bdcp line.. build a beast amp that puts out gobs of power only to limit it so it puts out same wattage at 1 and 2 ohms

but you know why it look like bullshit? because if it was true, there wouldn't be a need for it to have a gain knob so why even put a gain knob?

Think about what he's saying.

Why in the fuck would you need to raise the gain past the point of it matching input sensitivity?

You wouldn't.

If what he's explaining that it does is accurate you'd kill the dynamics of your music.

I really believe what he's saying it does isn't even possible but I could be wrong either way it's a stupid idea and just a marketing gimmick.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

he lost me at 1:08 "Allowing for a much higher gain setting therefore much higher output levels".

uhhhh what does your gain being higher or lower have to do with output levels? :unknw: I mean other than the amp reaching it's maximum too early or not early enough?

either the input gain is properly matched to the output head unit (and anything else in the chain before the amp) or it is not. If the deck is putting out a clipped signal to this amplifier, will it clean up that clipped signal and make it good again before it amplifies it?

That's not what the constant power technology does at all.
