boometro Posted February 16, 2016 Report Share Posted February 16, 2016 anyone have any good recommendations for a good quality 5ch amplifier with 100w per channel x4 @4ohm and 500w x1 @1ohm? overall size and price does not matter. just looking for something with good clean power. i already have two awesome amps but i would rather use just one as its not a huge audio system. Even the old 'Baby Belle' had a 600 watt substage, and they list one similarly spec'ed to it today but it's in the PR series which we never really dealt with. We sold dozens of both Belles and they are bulletproof and powerful for sure. Seems the majority of modern 5 channels are 250watts or less on the substage. I did find that American Bass has their Phantom series and Massive still has their NX5--which are likely identical to each other inside--and can be found for a decent price with good sub power.
