4x6's or 4"?

Thank you for all of your help. The hertz speakers look really nice, but can't really find where to buy them to look at prices.

If I had the hertz mid range on the dash, and infinity reference 6.5's in the doors, do you think they would go well together? Or would you recommend a tweeter as well.

The 6.5's are pretty crisp already so I think I should be good, just want some input.

What is your budget?

bust out the fiberglass and do a 4 tweet combo even a wood plate cut to the big ass speaker grill size in the blazer

Might could go with a 5.25" coax ... Can't remember with those vehicles.

Are you looking for supplemental speakers or main driver? If supplemental, i'd just go with a 4" mid or something.

Don't trust a shop but you personally just smoked two decks, makes sense.

I would say suplimental. I find that if I just have my door speakers in, it just doesn't sound right. You can tell sound is coming from by your feet. I want it to feel like your surrounded by the sound. So it's pretty much to have a surround sound effect.

Watch buying Hertz off the Internet not very many authorized internet sellers. Dynamic Audio Sound helps me.

I'd personally go with a set of these. https://www.madisoundspeakerstore.com/approx-4-woofers/scanspeak-discovery-12w/8524g-4.5-fiberglass-cone-woofer/

I find off the shelf car audio solutions to be way too harsh for dash installs, especially when reflecting off of glass. Just my 2 cents though.
