d-nice88 Posted April 3, 2016 Report Posted April 3, 2016 I dont know how i would do this. I mean i know ill need a LOC but i just kno what else i should get and do. My wife wants a lil bass in the trunk and i wanna give her wat she wants. She has a 2000 toyota avalon and it has a factory amp and jbl set up. Factory radio is going bad so ima get another double din to replace it. Wat else do i need to make this work besides amp n kit and sub?
audiofanaticz Posted April 3, 2016 Report Posted April 3, 2016 If your replacing the headunit why do you need a LOC?
d-nice88 Posted April 3, 2016 Author Report Posted April 3, 2016 Well it has a factory amp installed for the mids and highs. And when i saw a radio removal video it did not have any rca's to hook up in the back just 2 abtenna's

And when i saw a radio removal video it did not have any rca's to hook up in the back just 2 abtenna's you said the factory head unit was going bad so when you replace this you will have rca's on the aftermarket unit.... unless you are tracking down another stock radio so you need a new radio, rca's, power wires, amp, sub/s and an enclosure
Skullz Posted April 3, 2016 Report Posted April 3, 2016 New H/U and install kit with plugs to integrate into your existing system, and from there just add your sub setup with rca's to the back to your sub amp. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
