Looking for 3 tens going in a 1.9 cube box before displacement sealed and yes sorry it has to be sealed , was looking at 3 sundown SA-10 D4 or 3 FI X 10 D4's , not a verse thread just never heard FI x's before and have only heard 1 SA-10 . Will be running .6 ohms off a American bass VFL 120.1 so around 2600 to 3k RMS and yes got electrical , Right now running 3 DD slim line 10's , they pound but shallow mounts are not real subs I've come to understand that can't get real low .Both companies are awesome would I even notice a difference.

The sealed box type will keep your lows down regardless of the subs being shallow mounted or not, a two subs ported configuration will most likely overtake the 3 sealed low end regardless of which subs you pick, box size would not be very different.

Three 10s in a 1.9 cube box sounds too small. That's where your lows went. Remove a ten and blank it off.

Sa series are more suited for ported.

I saw both subs work in sealed it would be tough to do 2 subs with a port and have the right size box, that's y I want 3 subs , just starting to look or just keep what I got but I always like to try new things and love excursion from real subs. Wish I owned an SUV but have a truck. I'm a fan of more is better . Sealed boxes can get loud I'm not trying to run 150's here or do hair tricks just rattle my brains the subs now pound in your chest but not your ears years ago ran 3 12's in sealed and they destroyed my ears.

The DD 's would destroy the SD 's I'm not trying to buy shallows anymore. SA' s can take sealed I just never heard them in a sealed box. The DD's are 800 RMS each but it's shallow mount RMS.

im just doing 1 10 ported. you could do the same for less money and save space

I started with 2 DD tens wanted louder and the 3rd made it louder but miss the sound of a real sub.
