Masterbasser
How much weight added to a vehicle is to much? when should you start looking for heavier duty suspension parts and what parts in general should you be concerned about? Recently I added close to 600 pounds to the rear of my vehicle I have a 9 inch rear end in my car so im not to worried about the axle but which other parts should I worry about? Broke_Audio_Addict
Typical suspension ewear will just be accelerated so just look out for the normal things you should be looking out for anyways. Springs will definitely help, so would helper aribags. 600 lbs ain't no different than having a couple fat chick's riding in the back, you're fine. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. OrionStang
Look up the weight rating for your vehicle clutch, brakes, pinion seal/bearing, u-joints will be abused. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

ShadeTreeMechanic
The weight rating of some cars is 600 pounds and if you had it full of people and luggage and a full tank you would be over. That's like a half ton truck that you can't fill up with anything because you will be over. Make sure to keep your brakes in top condition because panic stops when overloaded need no surprises. ShadeTreeMechanic
Sure people overload their shit all the time. When they get in a wreck, they get nailed for being overloaded and get blamed for causing it even if they didn't. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
