We are only Leasing it right now, but others have suggested to make an offer to the landlord. Not sure yet honestly, I want to hang up shelves and stuff I know for sure. Get a good toolbox going, and maybe offer some audio service out of the garage so I can build up funds to invest into a store. Congrats on the house!
