Highest voltage they can safely handle is 3.6 per cell Before balancing my voltage was terrible. Lights would dim, voltage would drop dramatically on every bass note (mind you with only 3500 watts and 360 ah of lithium) and it even affected the car driving Turns out two of the cells were charging to 4+ volts, 6 were around 3.4, and the remaining 6 were in the dirt at 3.1.
