hdorre Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 You could get an Execution Audio 1500 for much cheaper than that brand new; and buy wire, fuse holders/fuses, and RCAs with the remainder. But that budget limits you to around 1000wrms in most cases. xpoppadaddyx Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 Since the RMS range is 300w-750w you'll be ok with that Brutus. I put one just like that on some RF HX2 12's and it does a good job. I'd probably go with the Brutus BRX2400.1D in my opinion. 2002 Chevy Trailblazer (Build) 2013 Nissan Altima (Build) Poppa's YouTube Channel Poppa's FB Page Poppa's Instagram
ShadeTreeMechanic Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 Do a search for CAB. They have a nice looking amp for 199. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
notorious97200 Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 I would get a much better brand of amp for such good subs. I don't know how low you can wire those subs. But I would not focus too much on power. Under powering will never kill a sub, unless you crank the gain ...to the max ! Look for Sundown, DD, Rockford, Ampere, Incriminator, JL,... black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.
haydenhawk Posted July 15, 2016 Author Report Posted July 15, 2016 I mean I'm looking for cheep I paid around 10$ a sub at a auction
jk13 Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 Nice score, but did you thoroughly test them yet? I'd do that before spending money on anything else. There will be a big difference in what to use if only 1 or 2 of them work vs. all 3. Static drops are my bag.
Jessica Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 hit up Bolanorthhighlands, he can get you a good deal on a cheap amp that is in your price range.
