im trying to imagine a 2.5 cube box for 2 12's, with vent.

My 12's had a tick under 5 cubes total, with a ton of power on tap.

So, in my opinion (and others above know much more than I ) seems wicked small. I could see like 4.xx cubes or so for 2. Throwing MONSTER power at it,...... But, 2 and a half, for 2,... seems way small where im from.

Why not build your own box..you can ask him you want a bigger box..

unless you ahve an extra baffle i get 3.5 cuft. thats not that bad.

That should be about 3.25 net @37Hz 58 square inches of port area, the manufacturer minimum recommended volume is 1.5 net per driver you should be a little above that so while on the small side your box doesn't seem too terrible.
