neuspeedescort
my question after the last few posts. is volume 30 still clean power? what are your crossover settings at? not that adding that punch amp and a new set of comps is a bad idea but is it needed? wound the punch amp run the rf's well enough? i mean really components are so much nicer but you mentions hospital and pawn shop in the same message. so budget is for sure a thing your watching out for. not like that is a bad thing. no i'm just rambling. been down the hospital road too many times. blah blah blah

neuspeedescort
i'n not familiar with the CT stuff. but i know my DD 6.5's are nicer then the 5.25's i had. though i wish i had my 5.25's back to run with my 6.5 mid bass drivers. if that all makes sense. if your wanting more mid response i suggest getting a dedicated driver for that. maybe run it from 63-250/300 then the 5.25 comps active from 200 up.
