2010 Camaro LT v6

Stock Alternator

Stock battery(New)

Sub Enclosure is a custom box from zenenclosure (PorteD)

Hifonics brutus brx2400.1d

Sub is 2 soundqubed hds312 in dual 2 ohm.

So i wire each sub to http://images.crutchfieldonline.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/1-DVC-2-ohm-mono-low-imp.jpg

the hifonic amp got 2 channel i guess, 4 positive and 4 negative, I try to do 1 speaker wire wire to 1 output.

It play for like 20-20 min and my bass knob goes from green to red, It still play but i stop cause im scare the red on bass knob mean protect mode.

Any idea on what i did wrong?

Some of my friend told me to do 2 speaker wire positive goes to 1 postive amp.

Two D2 subs wired in parallel will have a final impedance of .5 ohms (which is what I think you might be wired in) but your amp is not .5ohm stable. Seems your only wiring option in relation to your amp, is wiring your two D2's in series parallel for a final impedance of 2ohms. Your amp is 1600 RMS @ 2ohm's. Also make sure your gains are set correctly with a DD1 or DMM.
