Skullz
Quick and easy method is to solder the end of the wire and file it to size so it fits in the hole, and when you tighten the set screw it spread the force out more evenly. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
neuspeedescort
the use of ferrets and small spade connectors solve the wire push out issue. but simply twisting a wire to pack the wire will also go a long way. i have never had a wire push out so far it comes loose over time. i have been doing this for 20 years. But i like it because it holds solid and no wire or anything shows outside the connector opening. I like when my wires just disappear into my amp all neat like. Broke_Audio_Addict
Just going to leave this here. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. ShadeTreeMechanic
Sure, any connection can be a bad connection if its not tight, dirty or overloaded. A strong electrical connection will also be a strong mechanical connection. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)

This method works great but I always burn the insulation. I will chop a 4 inch section of cable off and pull out a single strand. Then strip cable end and wrap the single strand around the end to keep it from fraying out while soldiering. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
