i've heard alot of knowledgeable people talk shit about using caps and i've never understood it every single time i use a cap i see a significant decrease in the voltage drain i've rarely seen it totally solve a power issue BUT it does help so IMO as long as you buy a quality cap that is in the right farad range for you amp wattage it is worth buying

in order of importance, a cap should only be used if you have stabile voltage without it

it will not solve any problems, but it will help with kick drums ans such when your electrical is already really good

On a small enough system and someone with very little knowledge a cap is the way to go...

Well you still have to wire it the same as you would a battery...so IMO I would just run a small batcap or something.

caps do have there place in car audio, just not everyone now days seem to use it for.
