When you ride on rims and there is a rubber band tire on it, you never know when its going to be over for one of them from just one rock or pothole. I had to snatch one up in case they dont make that model anymore in the next few years. What would suck worse then hitting something, breaking ONE wheel, and its OVER, no more 26's. A spare was MANDO....besides, for the deal i got on my rims ($4400), an extra wheel for $500 and a tire is another $600, im lookin at $5500 for 5 rims. Considering 4 years ago 26's cost $15 grand, i think its pretty good. Im just like Bill, on a long trip, a brotha has been known to toss the spare up on the roof and strap that bitch down. loganberry Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 i forgot to mention, when i was gettin my demo at gv....i noticed the WHOLE DAMN BOX moving from side to side.......and i know for a fact that box is no light weight, just another way to express to those how loud it is without them hearing it.....his whole box was moving!!!
