If a switch goes bad they just go.... Ive never heard of them switching like that..... x2 the switch wire opens and closes the circuit. It can't just flip like that. But it's not hard for someone to pull the 2 screws turn the switch around and screw it back in place. I think someone gotcha one night after drinking some fire water... My kids arent smart enough nor brave enough to play with electricity like that.....they are ruled out. The wife certainly wouldnt do that, its not how she operates.... its crazy, i have no idea.....and there is no second switch.
