trainman0978
the original post ideas seem like a lot to keep up with. Instead of a SOTM exclusively, keep the SOTM and start a thread in the SOTM forums with a title like " did you guys see this setup" or "keep an eye on this setup " somethin... No winners, just a install focus to get folks to get more into the constructive criticism of build threads so the folks buildin a system can get more feedback. Some builds have a few people getting involved with comments to the builder, while others go up damn near unnoticed, then others get all the attention and encouragement. And start locking and deleting build threads where nothing has been built. End of Story. If you want to start a thread about what your plans are take it to general audio or enclosures or something. The member build section is for threads to show what HAS been built. Not what you hope to do later on. littleitaly1990
has beeeeen sayin this.aka i totally fockin agree. I think they can make the thread once at least one product has been shipped...I know thats when it started to feel like I had begun to work so I think its only fair. But just a wishlist does not belong in the BUILDS section. And pics are a must, to prove shipping of course Quote A vitrolic, megalomaniacal sadistic psychopath. wL<3bass
i dont feel theres enough entries per month to have a class for everyone. I also feel that it is alot more of an accomplishment to be overall system of the month then a classified one. 100% totally agree I think they can make the thread once at least one product has been shipped...I know thats when it started to feel like I had begun to work so I think its only fair. But just a wishlist does not belong in the BUILDS section. And pics are a must, to prove shipping of course I know when I get stuff I wanna post a build thread but it's true nothing had been built so just post up your pics under subs, highs, amps, etc. and let ppl know your ideas. When stuffs starts going in your car then you can call it a "build" thread. Ordering parts doesn't take any skill. It's member BUILDS....post up when you have some WORK to show. Other wise put your pics of your "subs" in the subwoofer section, pics of "amps" in the amp section etc. I can browse crutchfield/ebay/sonicelectronix/ ALL manufacturers websites, etc all day lookin at speaker porn.....lemme know when you do something UNIQUE/Original/ or worthy of the "build" name tag.
