i noticed on his vids he says 20k watts with 4 t4000bds does he have 4k watts to the rest of his speakers or am i not adding right?

Umm I think the lowest one of his tk4's does is close to 5K actually so them plus a t1500.4 and I believe an 800.4......something like that I may be wrong on the smaller amps. the lowest one of my t3ks was rated at 36xx watts so yeah hes in the 20k range.

and the t4k's are pretty under-rated maybe thats some of it.

Steve has done some R&D, first to have the T4000's, also some testing on the 360.2's, its not a job, but Im sure he is well Taken care of by RF.

ohh and Steve has been to RTTI and I believe he will be going agian.

x2 if that was true(not saming it isnt) but he wouldnt have to work 50hrs a week at is job and do about 30hrs on car audio ONLY and make double what he's making now...

Or maybe he works 50hrs a week at his job because he likes it.

I never said he worked for RF.

I basicly stated that from his use with RF equipment was able to give valuble feed back to Rockford Fosgate to help in making thier designs better.

R&D

I hate to break to the people that don't know but just becuase someone helps with research and development doesn't always mean they work for a company, witch means yes they have to work a job.

Once a competitor or once someone gets nown by the company sometimes they get to be buddy buddy and therefore from haveing reconition as someone that knows a thing or two about the products first hand, the company may ask:

How do you feel about the new products?

What do you think we should change about the products that you have used from us?

The company may even ask what would you like to see from us?

and so on and so on.

R&D dumbasses from people that are useing the products from a company that might want to better themselves.

My next point would be how many big time DB Drag competitors do you really think get to quite thier job becuase they are haveing a great season and getting alot of reconition.

well im not in R/D as much as i am just one of the gunea pigs

its true, i did get the first 4 T4k's. They did ask me to provide feedback and there was a few bugs that were fixed after i had issues. They were quick to let me try them first because i have one of the few street vehicles that can support that much power. That helps them get more accurate results.

Also i had a prototype 40farad carbon cap when they first came out (still in a generic, non marked plastic case). Thats what started it all for me really. (Sactownstang aka Dan got one too ). Recently i got to test a few 3sixty.2's after they revised the bluetooth hardware inside......after a month of reporting the results they let me keep them which was cool as F#Ck! :D plus i think i was one of the first on the forums anyway to use a 3sixty.2 to begin with a few years ago.

so no im not "paid" by them but they do make it right for me and they know i have a good "test bench" for their new products.
