its not in the middle more to one side, just not a typical slot port that see everywhere.

I wanted to try something diffrent, I could of slot ported the box, but thats been done to death, why not try something diffrent and see how it works, I also didnt feel like figuring out end correction.

the box sounds amazing, the bass is very very clean, gets real low, and pretty loud for the limited power he has available.

I though slot ports were the best because of minimum turbulence.

That is why I asked.

wow it sounds way louder now, sweet, maybee it does put out teh power.

I will be going back to work on the 11th so my weekdays will be no longer open, but I still have the weekends, and now I will be able to buy a good router, we can really make the box all perty like.

Well David I had a good electrical with multi runs of 0 gauge and a good batt and my amp was an older 2250d so ya I guess my .02 really don't count just my exp with

Those Planet Audio amps will put out the power you need. I think its a good match. I was able to do a mini hair trick in the CR-V so I dont see a problem in your Vic. I am glad I sold it to you. I still get to see it in use.

Right now I have no subs in my CR-V

I got the new box built and tried using T-Nuts to mount the subs and I ran into some problems.

Now I have to wait untill Saturday to install them. I may wait longer. I want to clean up all my wires and secure my amps.

like I said I wasnt impressed by it, everyones standards are diffrent, it was dark, it was late and I didnt have alot of time to sit and play with it, so like I said, It may do the power, but from what I seen of it, in the little time I had with it, it didnt seem like it was even close to putting out what it should, and from what I seen in that last vid, john got it working better so I dont know.
