Big P Posted August 18, 2008 Report Posted August 18, 2008 Well I had most the same issues one time or another. I do the 3 strikes rule. I ask 3 times politely to correct what ever there doing. I have witness and neighbors with me every time I do it. If they fail to comply the 3rd time its on like donkey kong. One broad would leave her shit all over, dogs and cats would strew it all over my porch. So my friend lived above her so we dump his garbage on her porch for a month. She got evicted. We had partyers so I invited the whole complex to my house for Wake up party's. In other words we would wake up for work at 5 in the morning and blast 8 18 inch concert speakers while we bbqed brakefast out side. I had a motorcycle issue so he came home to having all his parking spots taken by harleys. I think he got the point after the 3rd or 4th time. My advice to you is to always give them a chance to correct the mistake. Never talk to them alone. Theres no telling what could happen so you need to have some one on your side to back up your story. Your word against theres never flys. If you fear a violent altercation could acer then call the cops and ask for a police escort and then ask for an insadent report. That way if some thing happens you have some thing on your side stating you tried to do it the right way. You basically want to make them look like violent crimanles and you the law abiding citsen took every percotion to fix things legally. Although there was a bad ass CD that you could buy that had annoying sounds on it that you would pop into your cd player, crank it up, and leave your apartment for the day. It had like 45 min tracks of things like hammering and construction zone work, violin practicing, and some annoying guy laughing. ^Could just go that route. CERTIFIED BITCHES!!!
