Damn, that is how you start a build thread. ( with pics of stuff "built" if you will ) ...

good work man. Definitely would get that deadener on the floor if you are gonna stay away from carpet , or rubber factory flooring. You got some nice gear too. and a single cab with three barics behind the seat...should wang.

keep em coming...:)

Thanks man.

Ya guys I already have the deadner. I wanted to tryout the Hushmat but I got Dynamat Extreme for cheap so I went with it.

What I don't have yet is the new vinyl flooring and can't afford it yet. I have already dropped acouple grand into parts and equipment, so I can't shell out to much more rite now. Theres just never enough money. LOL

I have alot patch work and rust prevention and painting to do before I put down the deadner in the cab.

LOL thats the stuff I'm getting lazy on.

LOL theres still a 4th L7 in the house. HMMMM

:clapping: ya know that cheaper roll on bedliner works pretty good on a metal floor also...

Ya know I have been wondering about that stuff for along time.

I would just be careful with it in the driver and passenger side floorpans. Wouldnt want that stuff wearing down and endin up on your shoe and then taking it into the house and staining tile/carpet/hardwood/linoleum .... maybe see what the local line-x guy would charge you to just do your footwells...probably could do it on top of the deadener and you know linex/rhino liner stuff wont wear down.

To fill the holes one of the little things I do is use my MDF saw dust poweder and mix it with wood glue. It actually works really good as a filler.

good tip im going to try that

good job on the build too

Ya man it has turned out to be a nice addition. What happened was someone didn't label it rite on Ebay and I won it for $75 almost new.

I think MSRP was $650 so they probbly sold for arounds $500 new. I lucked out on that deal.

You do need the rite chargeing system to back one up though. If you look at my charging system you will see I'm set up to run my 1501BD without it with very little current drop.

It just really helps keep my bass tight and snappy. I just recently ran my amp without it and things overall just didn't sound as good.

I do only recommend an item like this for a music playing system as it does discharge way to fast for use with test tones.

The main spec I looked at after I got it was the one that said the 50 farad cap will sustain 75 amps of DC current for 5 seconds and my amp is supposed to pull around 90 amps playing music. To me that equalls a good match but when I add the third subwoofer I will be pulling more current so I will probbly need to add another battery and still keep the cap but if it is doing what I think its doing its worth it.

Cool setup. The box is sealed am I right, I can't remember.

I always wanted to try the Kicker square subs.

Oh BTW,

Good for parts for you truck. I haven't dealt with em yet, but even just looking through the catalog sometimes you can figure out how stuff goes together and decode different numbers or whatever.

I think my truck might have LMC parts on it since its got an aftermarket rad support and passenger fender.
