dr.db Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 Hows this one...send off my car payment about 3 weeks ago..thinking every things cool,well guess not.I got a letter in the mail saying that the payment had not been received..well thats where things get shitty...because I have only had the car less than a year,they wanted to repo the fucker,unless I came up with another payment..to cover the lost one that I had just sent in..so out of my ass I had to make another 500 dollar payment..and insurance is about to late..FUCK..and people wonder why I work as many hours as I do....f-ing never enough!!
02Blazer Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 im in the same boat !!! but im an ex-con , so 99.9% of companies won't hire me . my trade is tile and stone , for the last couple of years ive been doing work for my self , i don't have a contractors license , but get jobs by word of mouth . i had a long court case i was fighting , i hit a parked car on the freeway in april of 07' , cause of my past record , they wanted to give me 15 years but i took it to trial and had a hung jury ( 10 for not guilty - 2 guilty) so on the day of the next trial , they made a plea bargin , plead guilty to a misdemeanor , no time in prison , 3 years probation . yes , i took it !!! so for the last 1 1/2 years ive done 3 jobs !!! thankfully my girlfriend has pretty much supported me . so i feel you and everyone out there tryin to get a job . hopefully our luck will change , i know mine HAS to ....... good luck ......
