Jhemi80 Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 Cool looking horn. Can't wait to get some feedback on how it sounds. I've always wanted to build a horn, but I've always been too chicken! Way to go! Quote
stratusrt01 Posted October 29, 2008 Author Report Posted October 29, 2008 (edited) Would you mind sharing internal shots? It's basically what you see is what you get, there's not much inside except for some bracing for the baffle. It starts at just over 5", is 14" at the turn, and 24" at the outlet. Jextel Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 i guess this is you 9510's in a horn TIMES 10 huh? Quote http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3042878TEAM DEADLY HERTZ "GET LOUD OR DIE TRYIN"only the loudest will survive.
stratusrt01 Posted October 29, 2008 Author Report Posted October 29, 2008 This is a different style horn also, the 10's were in a rear loaded horn, this is a tapped horn. Quote
Torres Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 41" wide, 32" high, and 50" deep, so yeah, it's biggoodnes...that's the max dimensions of my box. about 5" shorter than the depth. yeah...it's quite big Quote
Nightshade Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 Wow Rich that looks awesome. I wish I could have lended a hand in the build. Did Dj tell you I offered to help? Anyway it looks like it's turning out pretty awesome. Bassrace in the 149.9 class looks to be very doable by the sight of things. Good work man.
