Shyne151
I don't think I've ever even seen 1/4" mdf. Truthfully I don't know what size the roundovers I use are... I used my "biggest" one with a ball bearing for 3/4" and I have a smaller one with no ball bearing I use for 1/2". Get a set of good bits and mess around, you'll figure out what is best. By doing that you will know what your bits can do, kinda gives you more of an idea when trying to come up with a mental picture of what you're trying to accomplish. That probably made no sense. Derrick824
I use a 3/4" roundover for the outside edges of my boxes. It looks great IMO. For port walls that require both sides being rounded I use a 5/8" then hand sand it and they come out perfect.
ChevyBoy
why would you round over 1/4"???? just use some sand paper.......
Forevrbumpn
make a 3/4" copy of the 1/4" copy, and round over the 2 together Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. loganberry
its for cosmetic pieces, ive never worked with 1/4 mdf so i didnt kno if they made a bit for it, or if it was simple enough to just sand all of it, sounds to me like it is if i need to Quote My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk
sierra mist
I used a 1/2" and it worked fine for me. I tried to find a 3/4" and I couldn't find it locally.

Nightshade
I worked at at cabinet shop for a long time and we used 1/8" roundover bits all the time. As for 1/4" mdf I have a piece of it sitting here at my house as we speak. If you guys are truly interested in what it looks like I can snap a pic of it and post it up for you to see.
