galacticmonkey
Please take a picture and let us see. Well, here you go. The reason the former is so bent is from the cone slapping it from playing the other subs. And when you're picking up a heavy sub, make sure the place you grab isnt sharp. Forevrbumpn
Ahhh in my speaker building days, when we see that happen to a speaker, its because the glue failed due to bad glue bead, or not enuff glue ran up and down the cone (epoxy not CA- I personally would never use CA on a speaker) But anyways, from the production line that may have been preventable, or if a better glue was used, it would have been prolonged a few weeks, or months I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. They will be installed tomorrow in time for a competition the next day. Ill have some numbers Sunday night.
