wildbeast15
lol all i asked was what is the loudest sealed lol i didnt mean to start a war.. on what exactly a ported and sealed enclosure is.. The set up your talking about would sound great in my Tahoe. Trade you my dog for it. He has one eye but that only makes for bad depth perception so hey so what if he is running into shit, look at it this way he is easy to sneak up ninja style on. Charger
To me it seems that an enclosure is built to specific parameters for a specific sound. How can a car be an accidental bandpass? For sure the cabin has a huge effect, but who measures the airspace in the front of the vehicle and tunes ports to a specific freq? Noobtastic14
and the other was a 4th order bandpass. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the 30 10's is technically a bandpass design and not a true sealed enclosure. When classifying an enclosure you are doing just that naming what kind of enclosure it is. It has nothing to do with it's loading environment. discuss and debate topics here. No one's feelings are getting hurt. Nope! all good! So i guess we can say that assman has a large sealed box with a bandpass response due to the pressure in the cabin. -Drew I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional.
