Recommended Posts

hey fellas im new to the forum posting but i have been reading up alot. Arite here it is, im just about to build my first system in my own car, i have done a few for friends but none for me. im going for SQL looking for a kick ass bass looking to hit upper 150's musical with 2 18 inch woofers. im the proud owner of the stetsom 7k and looking to add another one soon. so my question is which out of these 2 subs u guys would say is more durable loud and clean. ohhh and its goin into a 2000 VW Passat Wagon. Every Day musical none walled install. Thanks for your input

id say BTL just from the fact that ive read that the solo x is really just for burping matters and not really for daily

That's why they don't deliver.

Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait.

You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start :D

I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.

I would do the BTL's because they can actually be tailored for daily use, I have heard the Solo X's and they seem to be more at home in a "burp" situation
