LSN2meBoom916
Hmmm, actually I'd prolly end up comin back to Hifonics and just say run em at 2ohm to be safe and they should work fine. Good product just run em within their limitations like you would anything else and they'de be fine. They are great for the $$. only "better" amps I'd say/recommend would cost more. You could look into a couple PA 3000Db's as they are kinda favorites round here-for good reason in that: Low cost & lotsa juice. The PA Db line as well the their newer SL line might work for ya. There's a thread or 2 about them on here(SMD) maybe read thru and see if it's your cup-o-tea. Kicker amps would be a good choice as they are solid performers but will likely run you a bit more $$ as would Fosgate Power series amps, but TONNS of juice there. dlheights
Ok, so the power acoustik pa3000db is what im startin to look at. Do you know if they are going to be a better choice then 2 soundstream pca2000d's? Because Ive got one 2000d, and power acoustik and ss are different divisions of the same company. I mean if the pa's are going to be the better choice, I'll go with them. But let me know what u think, thanks.
Coolwazabi
i would say keep the 1 pca2000d unless u can sell it for more than what a PA 3000d is selling for...
dlheights
Well if i decide to go with the pa's ive got a friend interested in the ss, so thats not a problem. Does anyone have any info or pics or anything concrete to help me by showing what the pa3000db's can do?? thanks

David
yeah, a brutus @ 1ohm will be fine, hell I had no Issues wired to .5 ohms. just use comon sense with em. I would rather have the SS pca2000d over a brutus though, I would take the ss over the Pa amp, they dont make 3kw like they say.
