Ok so im sitting here reading rules. So most comps have the meter placed on the passenger side windshield. Well I know blazers and s10 have speakers in that same location. Not sure how to phrase it but wouldnt it be possible to do something with that? Its a nice size opening for maybe something under the dash and port thru that such location for speakers and right at the meter. Is this location checked on such vehicles and if it has, has it ever been done or am I thinking crazy and ouside the box? I hope this doesnt piss anyone one of by sharing if this would be possible to do lol. Tell me what you think, am I crazy? :)

well if u have anything visible in front of the b pillar, ur gonna be in a high class, so ur trick better be damn good, otherwise ull be competing against some high tl#s to beat

likely tho, if ur putting up good numbers somehow... judges will be checkin it all out

i think it could be done if you could fabricate something that makes it look like a heater piece for the windshield

Sounds like a stupid idea to me. Why would you want to cheat in an spl comp. Maybe Im just being a moral fag but I dont understand why you would cheat at something that your probley not gonna get away with and just end up lookin like a fool.

Actually if you just take that speaker out that is in the dash in the s10 or blazer it will add a couple of tenths to your score and isn't cheating at all.

Well I only asked. I dont compete nor prolly will ever do till maybe SBN 2010. Just seemed like you could do something with a port pointing right at the db mic from that location. Not sure what you could fit there or even build that small and get it to meter at 150 lower or higher. Was just a crazy thought and was wondering what competitors and judges would do or say.
