His truck was pretty damn loud, so I expect nothing less from the blazer. I have a suggestion, Kurt. Pull those headrests off the back bench. It iwll give you alot better view out of the back window, and it just looks better. The railroad used the 4 door blazers for years with the 4.3 V6 , they ran those things 24 hours a day all over the rail yards , literally beating the shit out of them, maybe turning off the ignition for 2-3 hours every 24. The interior would fall apart before the engines ever showed any signs of problems. When they upgraded to suburbans, every one of them at every yard I go to was still running fine, with 300-400,000 miles of them of some serious stop and go driving. Also, we have a private taxi company that transports us from city to city, they used the astro vans for ever. They would buy them used from rental car companies. I cant tell you how many vans I have ridden in that had over 400,000 miles , some over 500,000 miles. These people were tight wads, they barely kept the oil changed in these things, ran like damn sewing machines. When I had bucket seats, I relied on my vicegrips.Gives the truck a more industrial look. lolthats one thing that works on mine other than:crack that spread on windsheild door handle falling off broke rear windshield wiper torn drivers side door latch broken door panels and vents that fell apart mine has stood up very well previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. I talk shit on other forums like a little bitch and hope i don't get caught out on the street.
