roscoe1129 Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 no he can search the vehicle... but he cannot TURN ON the vehicle or play with the electronics... you should have learned that about the 3rd day at the academy.. yes being pulled over gives him the right to search... but searching has nothing to do with starting fucking with nobs or anything of that nature...Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh really??? sorry forgot the kids on here are academy instructors as well as stereo experts...... if he sees darker than allowed LEGAL tint on any of the windows he CAN roll up the window to meter the drivers/passengers doors and if it takes turning the ignition he can... He IS NOT going to have some kids he doesnt know go back to the vehicle after being pulled out to possibly drive away or worse pull a hidden weapon out and shoot him.... NOT SAYING YOU WOULD DO THIS AT ALL TO THE O.P. but it happens all the time. BASS14 Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 tint laws here are 50% on the front windows, and as far as i no there is no limit on the back windows. iv been pulled ova many times and have not one thing said bout my tint, blacked out in back and 20% on the fronts, which seem like 5% cuz of the wall not letting any lite in from the back.
