Alrighty then, time for some updates etc. Ive been extremely busy the last couple weeks finishing up school/track etc. I am now done with both, so my time is freed up greatly. Alright, so the process went a little something like this:

Grind down the spot that was close to the window further with the angle grinder

Get dust everywhere

Apply fiberglass. There is between one and 5 or so layers depending on how much strength I felt it needed.

Then graduate. Apparently I need to do some work on my eyebrows.... hmm...

And then I painted parts of the box black. It still needs another coat though....

thanks. but yea, I was actually going to clean it up a bit over spring break but you can see how far that got me... lol. So its another summer project now. Definitely appreciated. A different feeling being graduated... but now I have 4 years and $120k of college ahead of me...

Anyways, Ill atleast share some plans.

As soon as I get a comp set (been working on it) Ill probably go ahead and start on a set of fiberglass kicks. Depending on that time frame, I will start on the trim panel for the box, as I am losing a lot of air to the sides of the box. As soon as I get a bass knob I will put back in my kicker 2 channel amp for a bit more mids and highs till eventually hopefully jump for a dat 4125. Hopefully I get a bass knob quickly because my trim panel for my head unit wont be set right until I get one... (can be seen in some pics) Unfortunately my head unit only has one set of outputs, so I have to daisy chain the amps... and while with my previous setup was able to give me enough control just with the bass eq, I have a bit more power to play with now.

Alright you win. Quick background to this vid... Im on my way back from a track meet... remember I have a camera and a girl. (which might pacify those wanting more pics earlier...) So im approaching a stop sign, roll down the window, proceed to turn the camera on, and tell the female to get ready for a hairtrick. Throw on some jeezy which was only a few clicks away and bingo.

Now it is extremely easy to see how my electrical still needs some work... which I haven't really made widely known... While it is find for daily bumping, it isn't up to par enough to handle the loads of a 20-30 second burst as seen here. IMO, there is a visible difference from the beginning of the vid and the end. Luckily I have my cap hooked up so I can easily monitor the voltage.

Anyways, enjoy the rough stage hairtrick and minor flex. sole survivor didn't seem to flex my dash as much as other songs, nor does my camera pick it up very well (which is why I haven't posted the other failed vid attempts I have made)
