I also can't stand people that cut in and out of traffic. When I am driving and I see how someone is driving or they speed to try and weave in and out I will speed up and make their ass slow down.....oh it makes me feel great..... In terms of stupid drivers, I'm pretty sure the dmv will give anyone a license, just as long as that person doesn't give aid's to the children of the person administering test...
